Sanding & Polishing
Full floor sands, machine polishing, and Bona finishes. Every job follows the same sequence: prep, sand, clean, and finish. A typical 3-bedroom home takes 2–3 days — day 1 is sanding, day 2 is filling and first coat, day 3 is final coats. Floors are walkable after 24 hours; full cure takes 7 days.
Timber Staining
Light or dark — Bona stains matched to your home. Staining is done after the sand and before coating, so you see the true colour on your own boards before the finish locks it in.
Gap Filling
Colour-matched filler for old timber boards. Gaps and nail holes are filled between the first sand and the first coat, matched to the timber so repairs disappear into the floor.
Deck Sanding
External timber deck sanding, oiling and finishing. Oils and finishes are chosen for Newcastle coastal conditions — salt air and UV exposure.
